How Fast Is CorpNet?
When researching timing for this CorpNet review, we found the question of time a bit confusing to answer. It looks like you can choose Standard Processing, which takes 15-20 business days to deliver documents to your door, or Express Processing, which provides same-day processing on business days, and delivers documents in 7-10 business days. Oddly, we didn’t see a price difference noted in the website’s price chart next to the “express” checkbox.
However, we did see the Basic Package Total at the bottom change from $418.00 (including Texas State Filing Fees) to $533.00 when we clicked it. We also noticed that a $29 Shipping and Handling Fee applies to all packages. While this is a fair price for multiple shipments, we felt like it should have been included in the base cost of each package, since it is not an optional fee.

CorpNet has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, which is a good measure of trust. More importantly, reviews indicate that its customers are mostly satisfied. You can read their reviews, on their website, and on TrustPilot. At the time of this writing, TrustPilot showed 180 reviews, with an Excellent rating of 9.6, on a scale of 0-10. Not bad at all!

The Big Picture
Strong reviews from a third-party site, decent pricing, and a large customer base all weighed strongly in our ranking. We were a bit concerned about the seemingly hidden shipping fees — but any savvy buyer could easily add up these costs before making a purchase decision. In all, we find CorpNet to be a strong choice for those who wish to start an LLC online.
